Milling work done at Smartco Projects includes two forms. The first is to machine down surfaces back to the original factory specification - that we have changed with a welding repair operation. The second being associated with custom fabrication and repair work.

Gear cutting is spur gear based. We manufacture these gears out of various materials, including engineering plastics. This is a service offered to customers to replace damaged gears in time sensitive situations. We do not fabricate gears as a normal practice.
