Above, we see a very common item in the shop - a damaged cast aluminium garden chair. Here the client broke two legs, and they needed repairing. We repaired this with aluminium TIG welding - as good as new.

Here we have a pram which was brought in with a broken cross brace. This damage is difficult to see in the above pictures. We aligned the structure, and we repaired this with aluminium TIG welding.
Here we have a broken fridge handle which was brought in for us to repair. We repaired this with aluminium TIG welding.

Above, again, we see another damaged cast aluminium garden chair. Here, the client broke both of the front legs and they needed repairing. We repaired this with aluminium TIG welding.
In the pictures above, we see a galvanized mild steel garage door roller where pop rivets were used to join the halves together. The pop rivets were allowing the roll to flex, and the client asked us to weld them together. The dark markings on either side of the welds are the areas where we removed the galvanizing to allow us to weld the steel. We used mild steel TIG welding to complete this repair.
