Above, we have a stainless catalytic converter that has broken off from the manifold. We re-aligned the parts and welded them together using a stainless TIG welding process.
Here we have a stainless catalytic converter that has cracked joints on the manifold. As with the example above, we repaired this with a stainless TIG welding process.
The above cast iron manifold has a crack running right through the middle of it. We ground out the crack and welded it back together. The repair weld was done with a stick welding process using a nickel electrode. We also performed pre and post heat treatment.
Here we have a similar cast iron manifold that has a crack through one side. As with the above example, we ground out the crack and welded it back together. The cast iron repair weld was done with a stick welding process using a nickel electrode. We also performed pre and post heat treatment.
Here we have an aluminium truck exhaust which has multiple wear areas caused by rubbing against a harder material. We filled these areas with an aluminium TIG welding process. We ground down the welds to the original surface level.
Above we have a stainless BMW M6 exhaust header which came in for a modification to the pipe mating surfaces. We machined off a small locating ridge on the factory part as requested.
Again we have a stainless steel exhaust manifold which came in for a custom oxygen sensor mounting point. The customer required the sensor to be mounted in the centre of the runners. We welded a centre mounting point into the manifold to serve as the sensor attachment point. We threaded the hole for the sensor and mounted it.
